1.No work life Balance and toxic work culture. 2.Work load / work stress: If married people join they will get divorce and other will lose their GF/ BF 3.No appraisal: only loved one of manager get the good appraisal fo other they will say like project is red donot have budget like bla bla 4.No WFH policy if you want to do work form home you should have to apply leave for that day. 5.Everyone is follow Carb culture 6.Employee have to pay the parking charges for their own vehicle 7.Low Pay & Recognition: - You and your work will never be recognize until unless you will be puppet of your manager 8.Lack of Career Growth:- There is no growth 9.Burnout Issues : - high workloads, work on every weekend you have to get approval for weekend leave , if you did not do such thing then you will be fire any time 10.Job Security Concerns:- no job security 11.
