Pluspunten
There's absolutely none at all.
Minpunten
Salary: Minimum wage, no benefits, no OT pay. One coworker didn't get paid the amount she was told. Parking: No parking. You have to try to find a spot in the tiny, busy parking lot (4-hour limit & most are reserved), change spots every 4 hours or get ticketed. Unless you pay for parking for 8 hours. Workplace Condition: You must bring your own personal laptop to work. 8 hours/ day, 40 hours/week. They don't provide work equipment at all. Which means that all company and client files are stored in your personal laptop. Don't even expect pen and paper. Bring your own. Lunchroom? None. Microwave? None. Water machine? None. This is a very small company. 6 employees. Boss, manager, and accountant are related. Five employees (including the boss) are stuffed in a tiny 15ft x 15ft room. Everybody can see and hear what everybody else is doing. Culture: No training provided. Expected to start and finish multiple projects as quickly as possible. If you are slow (according to their standards), the boss will yell at you in front of everybody in that tiny room and announce that they didn't pay you $xx for nothing. (Yep, yelling your wage in front of everyone.) Everyday at the end of the day you have to submit a report on what you have done that day "for legal reasons so that the clients know we really are working on their projects". During the interview the boss said I could work from home and come in whenever I want as long as I finish my projects on time. I did that for a week and the manager scolded me for being late everyday. I told her what the boss had said and she dismissed it, saying everyone starts at 10. I didn't get paid for working at home. Not only did the boss not clear things up, he denied what he had said and sided with the manager. There are too many horrible experiences to list. I see them post new postings from time to time and I just want to give job seekers a heads up. Don't waste your time here and don't let yourself undergo such terrible treatment.
