Minpunten
If you read the other reviews you'll pick up on basic themes of incivility and rudeness. I can attest this was my experience at ID. It is a very stressful, demeaning, and thankless place to work. Don't be fooled by the seeded reviews from ID management. ID's main problem emanates from one very toxic individual who uses their position to manipulate and isolate employees. Account directors (who are equally destructive) act as a proxy for this person to divide and create unrest within the client services team. John Common (CEO) LOVES to pontificate on the subject of equipping employees with self-efficacy. Back in reality, his leadership team practices the opposite. Smart, talented employees are obstructed and blocked at every turn. Intelligent Demand shells out money for behavior assessment tools, team dynamic sessions, etc., which cost thousands of dollars. The result: an average 6-month turnover rate of +15%. It's time to recognize the real problem.
