      They change the rate of pay without telling you. There is no support or decent management. I had to report them to The Better Business Bureau to get the overtime pay that they refused to pay me. This company is garbage and doesn't care about their employees.

      Where to begin. This company has no regard to following a CBA and then leaving the burden of blame on their Site Leads. There is no support from upper management. Executive Leadership is completely clueless on how to run a company and will make changes that negatively impact your operations. All the departments have 0 regard to your schedule or personal time and will contact you during vacations. Departments that are meant to support and assist you instead actively hurt your operations and when you give pushback you're told to kick rocks and deal with it.
