They pay more than most security co's but it's not consistent work. Some times you work a lot then some times you don't work at all...

You go some times for days or weeks with no work then the want you 24 hours a day for short periods... great part time not reliable or steady work...

Where to begin. This company has no regard to following a CBA and then leaving the burden of blame on their Site Leads. There is no support from upper management. Executive Leadership is completely clueless on how to run a company and will make changes that negatively impact your operations. All the departments have 0 regard to your schedule or personal time and will contact you during vacations. Departments that are meant to support and assist you instead actively hurt your operations and when you give pushback you're told to kick rocks and deal with it.
