      There are no pros to working for intercon other than it's a job.

      Hostile work enviroment, No communication with employees or clients, Experience and performance mean nothing, Dismissive attitude from corporate office and manngment.

      Where to begin. This company has no regard to following a CBA and then leaving the burden of blame on their Site Leads. There is no support from upper management. Executive Leadership is completely clueless on how to run a company and will make changes that negatively impact your operations. All the departments have 0 regard to your schedule or personal time and will contact you during vacations. Departments that are meant to support and assist you instead actively hurt your operations and when you give pushback you're told to kick rocks and deal with it.
