      If no one shows up to Relieve You, then you have to Stay Over For At Least Four (4) Hours, which means that your life and sleep time they don't care about. If you're Not in their Circle and you're Black, you will "Never Be Advanced, no matter how long you've been there. The main office and management are "So Disconnected From Employees", it's not funny. When I was there if you were young , Hispanic and they were given positions of Schedulers that they would "Quite Within Four (4) Month's. But most of all, if you don't do you research on this company, you'll be given a Site Sometimes over 100 Miles Round Trip, and you'll be sitting in your Car Hours Upon End and Sometimes with "No Water or Lavatory Services.

      Where to begin. This company has no regard to following a CBA and then leaving the burden of blame on their Site Leads. There is no support from upper management. Executive Leadership is completely clueless on how to run a company and will make changes that negatively impact your operations. All the departments have 0 regard to your schedule or personal time and will contact you during vacations. Departments that are meant to support and assist you instead actively hurt your operations and when you give pushback you're told to kick rocks and deal with it.
