      Very responsive HR, Willing to get you armed im Washington which is always a plus. Decent pay as well.

      Minpunten

      Based in California and New to Washington. Limited leadership available to you in person. Very rocky start for me personally due to a lot of scheduling confusion however it was a new contract so may be expected given the circumstances.

      Only pro is being salaried

      Where to begin. This company has no regard to following a CBA and then leaving the burden of blame on their Site Leads. There is no support from upper management. Executive Leadership is completely clueless on how to run a company and will make changes that negatively impact your operations. All the departments have 0 regard to your schedule or personal time and will contact you during vacations. Departments that are meant to support and assist you instead actively hurt your operations and when you give pushback you're told to kick rocks and deal with it.
