      The team I worked directly with was competent, friendly and hard working

      Terrible response to HR related issues including, but not limited to; paychecks, PTO, Sick time, and family leave. As a policy, they classify guards as a no call no show if you are unable to fill an open shift on short notice. It never happened to me but as an analyst, I saw many instances of this happening to other employees. Company never backs you in ANY disagreement on procedure. First time I have ever considered myself unsupported as an employee

      Where to begin. This company has no regard to following a CBA and then leaving the burden of blame on their Site Leads. There is no support from upper management. Executive Leadership is completely clueless on how to run a company and will make changes that negatively impact your operations. All the departments have 0 regard to your schedule or personal time and will contact you during vacations. Departments that are meant to support and assist you instead actively hurt your operations and when you give pushback you're told to kick rocks and deal with it.
