This company has the most unethical managers I've ever worked with. The leadership and HR covers for the bad managers. I had a hard time using the training material because it was 80% lies. I was expected to say how great the company was when it was not. A manager called an African immigrant the "N" word but still had a job 3 months later. HR covered it up

Where to begin. This company has no regard to following a CBA and then leaving the burden of blame on their Site Leads. There is no support from upper management. Executive Leadership is completely clueless on how to run a company and will make changes that negatively impact your operations. All the departments have 0 regard to your schedule or personal time and will contact you during vacations. Departments that are meant to support and assist you instead actively hurt your operations and when you give pushback you're told to kick rocks and deal with it.
