      I really like the team and the work environment which I was really looking for after some non profit work I was doing I was looking for a different work culture and I have to say I love my job and coming to work every day intercon is a great job I have no where id rather be right now

      Where to begin. This company has no regard to following a CBA and then leaving the burden of blame on their Site Leads. There is no support from upper management. Executive Leadership is completely clueless on how to run a company and will make changes that negatively impact your operations. All the departments have 0 regard to your schedule or personal time and will contact you during vacations. Departments that are meant to support and assist you instead actively hurt your operations and when you give pushback you're told to kick rocks and deal with it.
