I enjoy working with the public on a daily basis. Giving information on various questions customers ask. And securing the public safety and security of the employees, and customers.Just

      Downsides are dealing with some people who are disrespectful, very vulgar . and also dealing with people who have no respect for security are law enforcement .

      Where to begin. This company has no regard to following a CBA and then leaving the burden of blame on their Site Leads. There is no support from upper management. Executive Leadership is completely clueless on how to run a company and will make changes that negatively impact your operations. All the departments have 0 regard to your schedule or personal time and will contact you during vacations. Departments that are meant to support and assist you instead actively hurt your operations and when you give pushback you're told to kick rocks and deal with it.
