Avoid them like the plague. They will look for any excuse to do what is called “top grading” even if you do not give them a reason they will find one. They will also micromanage you, not train you in the slightest bit (back to the top grading thing) and oh did I mention that all of their scheduling happens off site in a facility in Mexico (California?) where they frantically call at ALL hours to try to force you into a shift and threaten repercussions if you don’t agree to what they are asking? If you do decide to work here just block them, call your actual management if you want extra hours. Crap company, crap management. Oh did I mention they want any excuse to “top grade” (this is step one to firing you for any reason)
I write this as I current work for them and under no threat of firing, just threat of quitting.
