      Literally everything else. When you see the cons about this job. Believe them. I didn't and was like it cant be that bad. Its exactly that bad. Be prepared to be cold, hot, frustrated, Be prepared to once in a while miss a check, lose out on a bonus for no reason. Be prepared to hate management.

      Where to begin. This company has no regard to following a CBA and then leaving the burden of blame on their Site Leads. There is no support from upper management. Executive Leadership is completely clueless on how to run a company and will make changes that negatively impact your operations. All the departments have 0 regard to your schedule or personal time and will contact you during vacations. Departments that are meant to support and assist you instead actively hurt your operations and when you give pushback you're told to kick rocks and deal with it.
