Pluspunten
This company cares about it's people there is a fully stocked refrigerator, a great environment and managers and owners who care. They are willing to take a shot on new employees with little experience, and train them up. The owners do 3-5 happy hours a year where they buy the drinks. The people you work with are fun and caring. The teams are supportive. This is a great place if you are happy with being challenged 35% of the time.
Minpunten
Because they take a shot on some people team turnover can be high. They go towards government contracts which I find to be less than exciting, this also limits the technology they use. If you are a great developer and want to be on the cutting edge this isn't the place for you, but if you need to get into the field and try something out this place is great!
