Pluspunten
The benefits and overall perks are pretty good compared to other financial companies.
Minpunten
If you’re looking for a place that actually provides work life balance, look elsewhere. You’ll be expected to work on the weekends, you won’t even be able to look forward to a Friday anymore. They run so lean yet have millions of dollars to spend on the most random unnecessary things and internal events that you get guilted to going to by upper management. Lots of younger people working here making the work politics seem very much like high school and lots of cliques. This place has the opportunity to be a great place to work with fun people and great benefits but the work life balance issue makes it awful. Yeah they have great benefits and perks but when you can’t even enjoy an extra day off, what’s the point. Not to mention all the micromanagers and younger folk who think they’re qualified to be a people leader but don’t have any of those skills whatsoever and just make your life hell. Don’t get me started on the CEO who says AT A TOWN HALL to ALLLLLL employees ‘if you’re can’t be agile, you shouldn’t be working here.’ L O L! No further commentary. Majority of VP/C-suite leaving the company once the agile transformation started should tell you everything you need to know. Going downhill quick.
