Powerpoint, Excel, sales, and general economics skills may help, but they are not a requirement. If you are excited and willing to think hard and learn everyday, the rest is basically taught on the job. International travel to conferences and clients is a big perk! (Although not offered during global pandemics)

You will have to work hard to get acquainted with the sometimes steep learning curve of topics covered but the results can be very rewarding. Can be stressful at times. Be prepared to feel like a fish out of water for quite awhile but realize that your management team cares and will do their best to support you.

Really nurturing environment. Management is both intelligent and reasonable. The work itself is challenging and engaging. Definitely a place for independent, critical thinkers who can self-manage.
