Good company to use as a springboard to something better or as an interim stop gap whilst you are looking for something else. Working hours are reasonable with a good work life balance generally no matter what role you are doing.
Minpunten
Very poor ELT leadership. ELT are completely lost and incapable of taking the organisation any further. Plenty of favouritism especially with Everest. HR will dolly it up and most people who get awards are either useless, never deliver or the lower income earners. Company stuck in the past and unable to move on from their Hardware Maintenance days.
