Minpunten
- Managers are COMPLETELY awful. They only think about themselves.
- Managers will make promises but don’t fall through with them.
- Managers look down on your skills and thinks they know best
- Managers will find multiple ways to put you down as a person to remind you that your position is lower than theirs
- Managers don’t train employees properly, expect other employees (not even team leader) to train new hires. Also, they don’t even do a proper introduction to anyone in the office. (Way to help the new hire break the ice)
- Dare to suggest new ideas? Don't even, managers won't even listen to you
- False advertising of tasks that a new hire will do
- No opportunity or personal growth available
- Senior staff resist change, yells and swears at employees
- Managers are VERY nosey about you and your personal life
- Not allowed to talk to co-workers without managers breathing down your neck asking questions like “what are you talking about”, “are you talking about me”
- If higher level staff hears you laughing, they think you’re not working
- Higher level staff barely work the full hours but penalize others if they work less
- A LOT of office bullying
- Unorganized, no proper procedures or process
