Very quick pace. There are a lot of clients, and they are demanding. IDA wants to keep them very happy, which can lead to stressful (and sometimes long) days for us. Management trys to help when this happens so that we don't have late nights, but sometimes we have them anyway. I guess that's the nature of the beast in this line of work.

• Extremely fast paced environment usually • You have to learn almost everything on your own because some don't have time to help • Everything is last minute (for the most part) - You have to rush - Same-day deadlines • You will stay after hours for majority of your week • The pay is not great for the amount of work you put in. It's an extremely stressful environment. • You CANNOT mess up! You don't 1 or 2 wrong things and you're out. • The office is the most unorganized and messiest places I've ever been in. It shocked me when I walked through for my interview and I had to step over stuff. • Their turnover rate isn't great. A lot of former employees have quit or they just don't promote you.
