Pluspunten
Flexibility to work remote, great working team, great healthcare benefits (insurance through Cigna is affordable), great retirement package after you've been there 5 years
Minpunten
No maternity leave (you have to utilize FMLA/disability to obtain a % of pay for a handful of weeks then utilize your PTO, which you only get 3 weeks of per year which is also consumed for holidays...and you can only keep 180 hrs or so per year, making it impossible to roll over and utilize for maternity leave...so essentially you risk your job and/or not getting paid if you choose to have children), no assistance/day care opportunities available, reactive decision-making at upper level, little opportunities for advancement, poor pay compared to other Denver hospitals, poor raises (1% or so per year, even for "good" employees).
