Pluspunten
-The people at the staff, senior and manager level at the Denver system office are great to work with for the most part -Work environment is flexible with room for work life balance. -Salary was competitive if not slightly above market. -Good Retirement benefits, BASIC contribution.
Minpunten
-Poor communication is pervasive to the point where its hard to take any discussion with management seriously. Very few at the director and above levels are trustworthy or personable; some can be rude or hostile. -Senior management has a tendency to put off decisionmaking for as long as possible, and knee-jerk something out right at the deadline, which has come with consequences. -Very temp and Interrim heavy, System office will hire costly short term interims (including senior management) over bringing in an experienced hire or pursuing retention of talent. -PTO below market (22 Days combined Sick/Holiday/Vacation). Other employers in the same market offer more. -No room for personal growth. There are many talented people at the organization who are stagnated in favor of bringing in interim or outside candidates. There is little if not zero interest in personal development. -Constant turnover, aggrivated by recent decision to uproot the office and move it to Broomfield. Employees were polled over and over and over again, and it is clear that the polls were window dressing; The decision seemed to have been made and cemented for a very long time before it was announced to employees (refer to earlier comment regarding communication). -Extremely political atmosphere. People who have expressed conflict with management are terminated. -Consistently bad employee satisfaction scores on associate surveys.
