Everyone is energetic and passionate. Flat org structure; Senior execs are very approachable. Great product. Happy customers.

Minpunten

Not much but if I had to say something: As the companies continues to grow so fast, there will be challenges scaling the internal processes to align to those changes.

Work from home was great. But that is it.

Where do I begin, When I started they had just done layoffs which I thought was odd but ignored it. I barely made it a year when my job was eliminated. I should of known something was up when I saw that the CRO was let going that April. This is not a stable company and I do not recommend. Getting rid of people in this current market is horrible and it is wrecking good people's lives, left and right.
