Will lie to you about pay and benefits - IPG and all of its smaller agencies have senior executives and stakeholders that will bully, harass and discriminate against you - Constant layoffs, your job is not secure - Terrible and expensive health benefits - No incentive to work here (tuition reimbursement, company networking events, mental health care, mentorship, honest internal mobility) - NO RAISES OR CHANCES FOR PROMOTIONS!!
