      Some great co workers. Current GM actually live near location, and did not want to go back home to Florida

      Minpunten

      Bad location, GM has hired both son full time employee . Then daughter through a temp agency, nephew, and best friend. who does admin work but is listed as a superintendent. micro manages everyone. Imposes their view of family values. allows use of alcohol in the office, has gone drinking gotten drunk with select employees, shows favoritism. manipulative, makes quick decisions that usually end up wasting everyone time.

      Some autonomy in the role, but depending on Manager could start feeling micro managed

      There seems to be a disconnect between management and the client facing, boots on the ground staff.
