Good pay and benefits. The people were great to work with.

Minpunten

Once bought by Intertek thing got a little more "big company corporate". That isn't always bad, but it did take out the "team feel" a bit. The people in the Austin offices were great to work with though.

The people you work with are generally nice and supportive. Depending on the team, the hours can be flexible so you're able to take care of errands and other things.

Minpunten

- You can never get approved for meaningful raises or promotions without waiting an unreasonable amount of time - They pay the bottom rate for almost any position, the pay is nowhere near competitive - The CEO makes decisions without thinking about the impact of the people at the company, she just makes choices without anyone's input and leaves her people to suffer trying to make it work - The CEO is also making choices that put into question the longevity of the company
