1. Every single manager I've encountered is manipulative. But the worse part is they believe that they are doing it in a subtle manner but they aren't. It's obvious whenever someone manipulates. Managers believe in the 'stick and carrot' approach and they believe that people who do poorly should be shouted at. Extremely old school and an embarassing thing to tell anyone outside. 4. Poor hires. They explicitly said that they have reduced the bar of hiring and it reflects in the entire attitude of the members. 5. Lots of carrots but none harvested. They make a lot of promises but only to get what they want. Nothing is given back in return except a mediocre pay. 6. All the Program Advisors are treated like lowly people.
