Each department strives to support one another (there are no silos), and we are always sharing new information/knowledge to push one another to learn. We are dedicated to achieving our goals, we learn from our mistakes, and we always take the time to celebrate our successes. At the same time, we also encourage a healthy work/life balance.

- Customers: Intouch has an open communication tunnel with their customers, and it shows. Feedback is shared across all levels - sales, support, development, etc. - which always motivates us. We have some wonderful customers who really care about the product and the company.
- Product: Intouch is extremely agile and invests heavily in their products. We have a continuous release process. Meaning, if there is a problem, we don’t have to wait for a release cycle to fix it. We iterate on our products all day, every day. You need to be a quick learner and a self starter, as the products evolve quickly.
