A consistently well orchestrated manipulation coming from the top led to genuine sales resources being insecure about their territories & eventually leaving. Newly hired sales resouces are just scapegoats with their territories being ravaged and their performance being projected as questionable. With all this going on in the territory, QBRs have become a story telling arena with no real data, insights, projections or visions. To sum it up, business has become mockery in the region.
