Attractive salary without any great benefits except medical

Minpunten

No career growth except if you know how to be close to the upper management The upper lead always trying to micromanage people which cause so many problems and issue that they dont want to acknowledge. HR surely will side with the company and this cause the environment to become very toxic. Fast-paced environment but are not manage properly with un-experienced manager So many more to talk about but to survive you need to be vocal here

Internal communication can be unprofessional at times, negative perceptions about staff or teams are shared across departments, which creates misunderstandings and unfair judgments
