They keep making decisions to outsource jobs to contract workers who don't share the same value in training or customer care. It is up to the contract company and the contract company just needs warm bodies. They did not even supply enough people doing our busiest season this year to co or the shifts that were required in the contract. So good luck with that. They will always eventually lay you off.
