Pluspunten
The management is collegial and friendly, very open door. Internal politics is very minimal. The mentoring and additional support is exceptional. Opportunity to work on international assignments. There have been no lay-offs irrespective of the recession.
Minpunten
The workforce is pretty old school, have to try really hard to bring about changes. The city is not all that great a place to live in, London is close by though. The cost of living is a bit high too.
