There's overlap of teams which lead to people actively working AGAINST you and your goals. You'll spend a year or two in frustration with how little you can get done at Invesco (expect a 5yr runway minimum for any innovation). Eventually you become complacent, accept the reality that you can't make a difference here and start collecting paychecks -- unfortunately, this is the culture of most people at this company.
