Unfortunately an all too familiar story, was a great company, great solutions and vision. Bought by an Investment outfit in Late 2021, that seems to be hell bent on destroying everything. When the much touted investment came it was supposed to be so positive, in reality it turned the company into a sinking ship, do not be fooled. Starting with the original senior management team, most of them 'Left' or 'Retired' or 'Decided to spend more time with Families' then the rot really started. This new team then hired what can only be described as their own middle management, and their old friends. Almost across the board the best performing people have been given near impossible objectives that have not been agreed or are particularly relevant to the roles they have. Most good people are either looking or have left for other Jobs, even at Competitors. The remaining management team are throwing everyone they can under the bus to save their own jobs, to the extent that there is little leadership or direction, everything you do is wrong or going to be wrong. Yes they are hiring new people but this will take many months to make a difference - If it ever does. HR who used to care are simply mopping up the mess. and where possible covering themselves legally - well done ladies! If you enjoy a pointlessly stressful environment, weekly moving goalposts, constant micro micro micro management, and of course divide and rule backstabbing you may do well and enjoy it here.
