Fantastic small company with great owners. Chris and Josh are fantastic. The benefits are good but could be better.

The only con is something that is pretty out of their control. Since they are a sub-contract to a bigger company on the UASOCS program, they are at the mercy of the prime. This was very evident when the contract was won by the prime and they screwed ITS by giving them a much lower pot of money and they had to cut the salaries of all their employees.

Veteran owned and maintained. Maintains clearance.

Personnel staff (at the time) in responsive and not willing to assist. Took 6 months to process raise.
