      The company used to have a family culture, until it grew

      Stressful, competitive, micromanaging managers. The team used to be good until the company got bigger, and the focus was just on accomplishing more without caring for employees. Senior management is good but lower managers are rude and don't know how to manage, lead or inspire people. It was a suffocating and toxic work environment

      Pluspunten

      - Easy to not do much work because leadership in marketing doesn’t know what they’re doing - Low expectations - get your experience within 2 years and apply somewhere else. Don’t get stuck here otherwise it’s career suicide - basic high school reporting, you can micro retire here while working

      - No growth, false promises just to keep you where you are until they find a replacement for you - Your years of experience at ipex doesn’t matter, if you speak up for what’s right you’ll get fired with no reason (happened to many of my colleagues who were amazing at what they do) - only if you’re related to someone in leadership can you grow in your role
