A company that promises everything, that claims to be "people first", but when you start working and after a while you've been there, everything is more transparent, and there is no culture, and the sustainability of responsibility towards employees is nil.
At first, we were all good, but everything changed when we started to disagree or ask for better working conditions. We become things and negative and are no longer treated with dignity.
