No proper Management. Tasks are assigned on ad-hoc basis.
Employees are given fake deadlines ( advertised as tight deadlines ) to get early delivery. It is easy to determine that deadline is fake. On a particular day when milestone is
completed, new tasks are added to the same milestone right after that.
Frequent Late Sittings. Not weekly or monthly but Daily.
After late sitting, if employee asks for food on company expense, then employees are given long lectures.
Annual Increment is only of 10% and not based on performance.
Management assigns multiple tasks on different projects to one developer at one time, upto 3 or 4 and still expects work to be completed at bullet speed. Then, if employee fails to deliver,
employee is insulted.
Work environment is frustrating and hectic. Employees with 15K salaries like gatekeeper, even they are frustrated.
Joining letter is the first and last document provided to the employee. No other documents are provided like Confirmation Letter,Increment Letter etc.
No proper record of Leaves done and remaining which is easily accessible.
No Payslips
Important functions like Marketing, HR and Accounts are missing. Marketing professionals are the people who bring cash, due to which company grows, is missing.
Upon demanding salary increase, Management takes out fault in employee's work which means they only want work for less money.
No appreciation of work and no respect for employees.
