Work that you do is good and covers a wide range. You get to design, implement, test, talk to customers, participate in planning and so on.
Motive behind decisions are very transparent.
Highest level management very approachable and understanding of employee's problems.
Doing multiple things in parallel is good in a way that you'll learn how to balance work and life.
Having said all that work/life balance for me was good. But, there were people who would struggle with this. It could just be the team or a problem with their planning. It really isn't easy to say which one of them is the reason.

Doing multiple things in parallel is bad in a way because you cover width and covering something in-depth will require focus from your own side.
Work culture was good in one of the teams I worked in. But, overall, its kind of pathetic. People don't say no to work even though it isn't possible and start cribbing behind. How about a little honesty.
Lot of people just fool around during the day and stay late to finish up which kind of screws up the dynamics of the work culture.
