For the most part my Coworkers are great. Jcpenny offers great Opportunities to grow! It's a Fun environment to work in. In my store they've allowed me to learn a lot of each department and its a great Learning experience. & of course the Discounts!
Minpunten
I don't personally have many cons.. One would be that in my store they have made some unprofessional and quite rude employees "LOD's" and I think they could have definitely found better people to promote to that position. And the pay isn't that great, but it's okay. They don't really seem to like to give full time jobs either. They only people I know that have full time jobs at my store are the managers .
