Learn a TON about all of the different Devops tools used in the industry Become an expert with the products in the JFrog platform which looks very good on your resume Great coworkers, everybody is very helpful is answering questions

Minpunten

Support has a lot of time sensitive work and critical tickets which need to be addressed immediately. This leads to you not knowing if each day will be stressful or calm which is tough. Additionally, there are many times when there aren't enough engineers to handle all of the tickets and it's easy to get overloaded and need to work 10 hour days to stay above the water.

Great People - You can rely on your coworkers Great Culture - Everyone has a go getter attitude, very willing to help. Fun and frequent work events Great Compensation - Market rates + RSUs Lots of room to grow - Company is growing, offers and supports moving up and even transitions roles Work life balance - Work life balance is good Training - lots of time to ramp up. Very surprised and impressed by how much time they give you to get ready to work on your own. Challenging - This might be a negative for some people, but the work is challenging, a lot is expected of you.

Minpunten

Not too many cons from my perspective. Probably the best corporate job I've ever had. Training - While I mentioned this as a pro. I felt the training was long and difficult to retain. Most of the learning comes from doing your job Challenging work, but if you can hang with it. It is very rewarding
