My experience with JK Tech's recruitment process has been nothing short of appalling. I went through multiple rounds of interviews for a Product Owner role and received verbal confirmation of my selection from HR in very sugar coated words. Following this, I submitted all required documents promptly. Despite my enthusiasm, the entire process quickly turned into a nightmare. Gross Lack of Transparency: After being verbally offered the position, I was left in the dark with no updates. My numerous follow-up calls and messages were blatantly ignored. Deceptive and Unethical Practices: Weeks later, when I repeatedly called, I was finally informed that the role had been filled internally through an Internal Job Posting (IJP). This was a deliberate and deceitful act as I was kept waiting under false pretenses. Such bait-and-switch tactics are not only unethical but also deeply disrespectful. Abysmal Communication: The HR department's complete disregard for professional communication is shocking. They failed to respond to my inquiries, leaving me uncertain and anxious about my career prospects. Disregard for Candidates' Time and Effort: The company showed a total lack of respect for the time and effort I invested in their extensive interview process. This kind of treatment reflects a fundamental lack of integrity and respect for potential employees, which no where aligns with the core values wrongly mentioned on their website. JK Tech's hiring process is a clear demonstration of how they misled me, wasted my time, and showed utter disregard for proper hiring protocols. I strongly advise potential candidates to be extremely cautious and reconsider applying here. This company's treatment of candidates is disgraceful and indicative of deeper systemic issues.
