      The company structure is not stable, it's not easy to build a mature, well-functioned team. People get transferred between departments very often.

      Not "corporate-y". Some good people are there, but they are few and far between.

      Loud, dirty, poor management, chaotic, toxic. It's like working with the 3 Stooges, except there are hundreds of them, not just 3.
