COO makes all decisions and keeps his people in the higher positions with great pay. Raises aren’t managed well. Customer service or general jobs who have no experience, get paid more than higher up positions. No review process, goals to meet, or expectations. No training besides a few days. They will give people who weren’t referred by COO or family way more duties without compensation. Expect to see some family members getting paid with no position or working.
