Exposure to newest technologies and working with other corporations to see how they lead and develop new ideas and technolog to meet seemingly impossible pipedreams. Want to work on Force field generators or cloaking devices - coming right up.

What management? This is basically a glorified headhunter to the government - no management contact or relationship exists. No training opportunities ever discussed or reviewed or presented. No continuing education opportunities covered. Most "on your own - fend for yourself" place I have ever encountered. I don't mind fending, but don't expect me to feel part of your "team"
