Pluspunten
I really enjoyed my time working for Jacobs Engineering. They took care of me and the department I was in for several years. They always encouraged us to continue growing and accepting new responsibilities. They always encouraged a safety-conscious culture which is important in the oil and gas industry.
Minpunten
The only downside I experienced was that Jacobs experienced extreme competitiveness from other engineering firms, and when Jacobs couldn't compete, they would eventually start letting go of some personnel.
