      Pluspunten

      I loved the clientele. The opportunities to work with a wide variety of nonprofits on different types of technology consulting projects is great.

      Minpunten

      Despite working with him directly some of the time for years, I never got direct feedback from the President. There were a few occasions when COO would tell me how the President wanted something changed, I would ask the President for clarification and he wouldn't clarify the point or said it wasn't something he said, making it very hard to trust either one implicitly.

      Great place to learn on the fly and plenty opportunity for advancement.

      Minpunten

      You get thrown into projects without having a lead walk you through steps. You literally learn on the fly.

      -Diverse projects and technologies -Friendly, accepting atmosphere and coworkers -Interesting and varied clients with missions to improve the world -Remote work even before 2020

      -Underpaid for what you do -People who should have been promoted into higher positions based on their work were not promoted -Although women made up at least half of the company, few were on the Board -Women paid less than men for similar responsibilities -Little salary growth potential
