I've been working at JPMC for 10+ years now and have continually been given the opportunity to grow within the organization to not only better the company but also myself. JPMC believes in continually improving in all areas and are very receptive to employee concerns in regards to areas of improvement/change. JPMC is still a younger company and year after year we continue to grow. Upper management are extremely easy to work with and are involved with the day-to-day activities, not just calling shots from an office or not be seen throughout the office/shop. JPMC has been a great career choice personally and it has become a second home with some of the relationships built with other employees. I would absolutely recommend JPMC as a career choice for anyone looking!
