      Great clients and co-workers, compassionate and supportive supervisors. Flexible or structured work schedule depending on need. Decent pay for a non profit.

      Minpunten

      Structure is lacking in the company as a whole. Depending on the program you are hired for, you may have a very different experience.

      They aren’t super involved with the programs directly most of the time, it takes a while for them to get back to you

In listening to our employee concerns it is, unfortunately, true that our response times vary quite a bit across the organization. The variety and types of programs run by Janus Youth Programs is quite broad and, though we aim for unified responses to issues, we still encounter scenarios that require checking with various contractors and licensing agencies prior to responding.       Pluspunten

      Flexible schedule. As a substitute at the beginning of the month you can comment on the schedule to pick up shifts and can often work 30-40 hours or not at all that week if desired. Can be fun if you enjoy working with teenagers.

      Depending on who you are or could be an emotionally taxing job at times
