Everything is a con Pay is horrible Expect you to work hard, give 200% and have amazing quality of work with less pay They want you to put your job in front of your whole life Work life balance doesn’t exist here unless you’re a manager or anything higher up Transparency doesn’t exist Type of company to reward all your hard work with a pizza party No clear vision No career opportunities at all whatsoever, people have been working their life off for over 10 years with no promotion or career growth within the company. No respect
